Esta pesquisa se propõe a analisar as dificuldades de constituição da descrição documental como representação da informação, desde a produção dos registros de conhecimento à recuperação desta informação. Não procuramos dar soluções imediatas, tão pouco propor regras, mas devido à descrição documental ser imprescindível para os centros de documentação, arquivos, bibliotecas e etc., procuramos formular uma conscientização da responsabilidade da constituição da descrição documental. Ressaltamos a sua importância de desenvolver métodos para cada vez mais minimizar os erros da descrição, facilitando assim o acesso à informação. Remetemo-nos ao processo pelo qual surge o registro de conhecimento, ao processo de recuperação dessas informações, e analisamos as dificuldades ocorridas na etapa de armazenamento nos centros de documentação, arquivos, bibliotecas e etc., para fins de recuperação da informação. Essas dificuldades revelaram algumas soluções para seus problemas como: a linguagem clara e objetiva e a interpretação profunda dos documentos. Como fundamentação, teórica baseamo-nos na teoria cognitiva e em conceitos como ontologia e hermenêutica.
The process of formulation of registrations of knowledge and the difficulties of the documental description

This research intends to analyze the difficulties of constitution of the documental description as representation of the information, from the production of the knowledge registrations to the recovery of this information. We didn't try to give immediate solutions, so a little to propose rules, but due to the documental description to be indispensable for the documentation centers, archive, libraries and etc., we tried to formulate an understanding of the responsibility of the constitution of the documental description. We pointed out your importance of developing methods for more and more to minimize the mistakes of the description, facilitating like this the access to the information. We sent ourselves to the process for which the knowledge registration appears, to the process of recovery of those information, and we analyzed the difficulties happened in the storage stage in the documentation centers, files, libraries and etc., for ends of recovery of the information. Those difficulties revealed some solutions for your problems as: the clear and objective language and the deep interpretation of the documents. As theoretical foundations we based on the cognitive theory and in concepts as ontology and hermeneutics.
