A Arquivística é uma área cativante e motivadora de conhecimento. Issose justifica por diversos motivos: a missão bibliotecária visa envolver a competência em informação para públicos em vulnerabilidade social, a busca por uma formação continuada, as maneiras de democratizar o acesso à informação que frisam que a pessoa bibliotecária se insere na cultura do privilégio. Merece destaque o fato de que o fazer profissional da arquivística perpassa todas as demais áreas do conhecimento, colaborando na organização e disseminação das informações produzidas em quaisquer campos científicos, o que viabiliza, naturalmente, a aquisição de conhecimentos variados por parte do recém-formado arquivista. A partir dessa afirmação, este artigo relata a participação do recém-formado arquivista no curso de ‘Direitos Humanos para Transformação Social’. Discorre que profissionais da área de ciências sociais aplicadas encontram boas oportunidades ao se especializar nesse campo. Ao final, se atestam as contribuições da experiência, mencionando os benefícios alcançados na construção de uma linguagem mais humanizada o homem transmite essa linguagem, cria sentido, comunica, prospectando a construção da paz e a defesa da vida nas comunidades.
Report of archival and humanities experiences: memory and training in human rights for social transformation

Archival Science is a captivating and motivating area of knowledge. This is justified for several reasons: the librarian mission aims to involve competence in information for publics in social vulnerability, the search for continued education, ways to democratize access to information that emphasize that the librarian is part of the culture of privilege. It is worth mentioning the fact that the professional practice of archiving permeates all other areas of knowledge, collaborating in the organization and dissemination of information produced in any scientific field, which naturally enables the acquisition of varied knowledge by the newly graduated archivist. Based on this statement, this article reports the participation of the recently graduated archivist in the course on 'Human Rights for Social Transformation'. It argues that professionals in the field of applied social sciences find good opportunities to specialize in this field. In the end, the contributions of the experience are attested, mentioning the benefits achieved in the construction of a more humanized language -man transmits this language, creates meaning, communicates, prospecting the construction of peace and the defense of life in communities.
