Objetiva compreender o regime de informação a partir da produção dos documentos pela Comissão Nacional da Verdade (CNV). Toma como objeto os documentos produzidos pela CNV e a institucionalização dessas informações no Relatório Final. Estudo de natureza qualitativa adota pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e análise textual discursiva proposta por Moraes (1999; 2003). Identifica os atores sociais que fizeram parte da composição, metodologia e as práticas documentais adotadas pela CNV. Examina a relevância da produção, composta de redes transversais de diferentes atores sociais, artefatos informacionais e a importância da disseminação desses relatos para a construção da cidadania. Conclui-se que as práticas documentais, dispositivos de informação e as ações da CNV foram importantes para de ressignificação da memória.Além disso, reforça o papel estratégico da Ciência da Informação na formulação de políticas de informação e de memória.
Information Regime and Documental Practices: Social Actors and the work of the National Truth Commission (CNV)

This article aims to understand the information regime from the production of documents by the National Truth Commission (CNV). It takes as its object the documents produced by CNV and the institutionalization of information in the Final Report. Using a qualitative style research, adopting bibliographic, documentary and discursive textual analysis as proposed by Moraes (1999; 2003). It identifies the social actors that were part of the composition, methodology and documentary practices adopted by CNV. Also, an examination of the relevance of production, made up of transversal networks of different social actors, informational artifacts and the importance of disseminating these reports for the construction of citizenship. It is concluded that the documentary practices, information devices and the actions of the CNV were important for the reframing of memory. It reinforces the strategic role of Information Science in the formulation of information and memory policies.
