O presente texto tem como finalidade apresentar alguns resultados que emergiram do projeto intitulado “Acervo, história e memória de Tefé/AM”. Nessa esteira buscou-se contextualizar o acervo da Prelazia de Tefé, localizado no prédio da Rádio Educação Rural, explicitando sua importância para a história da Amazônia e reconhecendo sua característica de patrimônio cultural.
The documentary collection under the guardianship of the Tefé Prelature (AM): heritage and memory of the Amazon region

The aim of this text is to show some of the results emerging from the project entitled “Collection, History and Memory Tefé/AM”. Thus, it sought to contextualize the collection of the Tefé Prelature, located in the Rádio Educação Rural building, explaining its importance in the history of the Amazon and recognizing its characteristic of cultural heritage.
