Este trabalho é resultado de minhas atividades como bolsista PIBIC do projeto de pesquisa “UFPB: Histórias de repressão em tempos de expansão (1964-1984)”. Neste, organizamos o acervo documental do Arquivo Geral da reitoria, que se encontrava sem condições de uso por pesquisadores e estudiosos que por eles pudessem se interessar. A partir da prática de organização, pesquisamos e elaboramos formas de ação sobre o Arquivo e sua relação com novas tecnologias, que estão cada vez mais dentro do mundo da arquivística, inclusive substituindo o próprio suporte em papel. Uma realidade futurista, porém, polêmica, como pode ser visto no corpo deste trabalho.
File management: practices for better handling of files

This work is resulted of my activities as scholarship holder PIBIC of the project of research “UFPB: Histories of repression in expansion times (1964-1984)”. In this, we organize the documentary quantity of the General Archive of the UFPB, that if found without conditions of use for studious researchers and that for them could be interested themselves. From the practical one of organization, we also search and we elaborate action forms on the Archive and its relation with new technologies, that are each time more inside of the world of the archivist, substituting the proper support in paper. A futurista reality, however, controversy, as it can be seen in the body of this work.
