As demandas por transparência, participação do indivíduo em sociedade e sua influência nas ações do Estado ganham relevo na medida em que impactam na agenda política e nos modos de gestão da informação governamental. Nesse contexto, ao se entender que as estruturas organizacionais híbridas contribuem para que as necessidades informacionais dos indivíduos sejam melhor trabalhadas, pensou-se o contributo que o tema traria ao se discutir questões de hibridez no contexto arquivístico. Para tanto, através de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e exploratória, objetivou-se analisar os conceitos de hibridez na literatura internacional da área da Ciência da Informação. O intuito foi propor formas de atuação para os arquivos híbridos como promotores do acesso à informação. A metodologia possui abordagem qualitativa, do tipo descritiva e explicativa. Ressalta-se que tais ambientes dão significado ao conhecimento gerado em sociedade. Nesse cenário, os arquivos híbridos criam ambientes de aprendizagem, abrangendo os diferentes tipos de documentos em sociedade.
Hybrid archives: reflections for the transition of organizational structures

The demands for transparency, individual’s participation in society and their influences on state actions gain prominence as impacting on the political agenda and in the methods of information government management. In this context, supposing that the hybrid organizational structures contributing to the informational needs of individuals are better worked, it was considered the contribution that the issue would give when the hybridity issues in archival context would be considered. Therefore, through the literature and an exploratory research, it is aimed to analyze the concepts of hybridity in the international literature in the Information Science field. The aim was to propose actions for hybrid archives to promote information access. The methodology has a qualitative approach, of descriptive and explanatory type. It is noteworthy that such environments give meaning to knowledge generated in society. Hence, the hybrid archives create learning environments, covering the different types of documents in society.
