A proposta deste artigo é relatar as atividades desenvolvidas por servidores e estagiários de História vinculados à Seção de Gestão de Memorial do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho da 1ª Região (TRT/RJ) a partir da indexação de documentação judicial trabalhista, entre os anos de 2012 a 2019. Foi construído um banco de dados sob a perspectiva histórica, com informações referentes às relações de trabalho e às práticas judiciais nos julgamentos dos dissídios trabalhistas. Dessa forma, procura-se facilitar o acesso à pesquisa sobre temas referentes aos mundos do trabalho, à história e ao funcionamento da Justiça do Trabalho. A produção e difusão do conhecimento que daí resulta, contribui para a preservação da documentação judicial do TRT/RJ, com o resgate da sua história.
The Production of Knowledge from the Indexation of Labor Court Documents

The purpose of this article is to report the activities developed by servers and interns of History linked to the Memorial Management Section of the Regional Labor Court of the 1st Region (TRT/RJ) from the indexing of labor judicial documentation, between the years 2012 to 2019. This work formed a database from a historical perspective, with information regarding labor relations and judicial practices in the judgments of labor disputes. Thus, it seeks to facilitate access to research on topics related to the world of work, the history and functioning of the Labor Court. The production and dissemination of knowledge that results from it, contributes to the preservation of the TRT/RJ's judicial documentation, with the rescue of its history.
