Esta comunicação tem como objetivo apresentar o atendimento a distância como a face modernizadora do acesso aos documentos/informações para os usuários do Arquivo Nacional, exceto para os residentes nos limites administrativos do município do Rio de Janeiro, evitando o deslocamento físico do público, ao mesmo tempo em que divulga a instituição arquivística para todo o território nacional e para o exterior, além de capacitar os técnicos da informação diante dos desafios que se apresentam com a utilização de novas tecnologias informáticas e com a adequação da comunicação.
This communication has as objective to present the attendance in the distance as the modernize face of the access to documents/information for the users of the National Archive, except for the residents in the administrative limits of the city of Rio De Janeiro, preventing the physical displacement of the public, at the same time where it all divulges the archive for the domestic territory and the exterior, beyond ahead enabling the technician of the information of the challenges that if present with the use of new technologies and with the adequacy of the communication.
