Resumo
With so many influences at play, a deliberate strategy for digital curation can be challenging to conceive and realise. This paper explores some of the forces that impact our ability to develop digital preservation capabilities in a predetermined manner and considers the relative merits of more agile, collaborative, approaches to shaping, policy and practice.
