Este é um estudo de natureza qualitativa, apoiado na pesquisa documental, acerca das percepções e dos significados dos principais pesquisadores no âmbito da organização do conhecimento, que apresentam reflexão da relação entre esta e a arquivística, nos últimos cinco anos. Retratam-se reflexões acerca da organização do conhecimento e da arquivística, e das questões sobre a proveniência e a classificação. Percebe-se que essa relação está ainda à procura de encontrar os seus percursos e soluções, refletindo elementos interdisciplinares.
This is a qualitative study, founded on documentary research, that delves into the perceptions and interpretations of prominent researchers in the field of knowledge organization. These scholars offer insights into the connection between this field and archival science over the last five years. The study reflects on the organization of knowledge and archival science, and raises inquiries concerning provenance and classification. It becomes evident that the relationship is still evolving and seeking its course, reflecting interdisciplinary influences.
