The objective of the article was to highlight the various applications of artificial intelligence in document and data management and analyze potential benefits for organizations. In the methodology to achieve the aim of the study, a literature review was carried out, Artificial Intelligence is considered a gradually evolving tool, where it has the function of revolutionizing the way in which we deal with the management of both documents and documents. of data, offering advanced solutions for capturing, classifying, indexing, storing and retrieving information and processing data. In addition to automating repetitive tasks and reducing errors, it enables systems to perceive and interpret the content of documents, generating valuable insights. The intersection of Artificial Intelligence in document and data management results in countless applications and benefits. Document and data management is an essential tool to be used in any organization, as it can be carried out, whether in physical or digital format, document and data processing, as it contains valuable information that requires efficient storage, organization, access and protection. Document and data management currently faces challenges such as volume of data, lack of standardization, loss of time and vulnerability to errors and fraud. In this context, it is inferred that Artificial Intelligence emerges as an innovative solution, bringing advantages to both companies and users. The application of Artificial Intelligence in document and data management represents a lasting change, providing practicality, convenience and security to users, and strengthening the competitiveness and value of public and private entities.
