O relato pretende disseminar a experiência do Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial – SENAC Santa Catarina, durante a implementação do Projeto de Microfilmagem Híbrida do acervo de documentos educacionais e administrativos do Departamento Regional e de suas Unidades Educacionais. Apresenta os objetivos do projeto, etapas de preparação dos documentos para microfilmagem, tipologia documental encontrada, gestão do software (indexação e disseminação dos documentos) e das equipes envolvidas no projeto. Menciona desafios encontrados e conhecimentos adquiridos durante a execução do projeto. Descreve os resultados alcançados como redução dos espaços físicos de arquivo, redução de custos e acesso rápido e fácil aos documentos e as informações.
Hybrid microfilming in the Senac Santa Catarina documentary collection

The report intends to disseminate the experience of the National Service of Commercial Learning -SENAC Santa Catarina, during the implementation of the Hybrid Microfilming Project of the educational and administrative documents of the Regional Department and its Educational Units. This report presents the Project objectives, documents preparation stages for microfilming, documentary typology found, software management (documents indexing and dissemination) and the team involved in the project. It mentions challenges encountered and knowledge acquired during the execution of the project. It describes the achieved results, such as the reduction of 95% of physical space, cost reduction and quick and easy access to the documents and information to microfilmed documents available for consultation in the Neutron software.
