Práticas e políticas de Governo Eletrônico são desenvolvidas em vários países nos anos 90 do século passado. O E-gov é uma noção que ainda carece de maior aprofundamento teórico, freqüentemente identificado como a estratégia pela qual os governantesfazem uso das novastecnologias para oferecem à sociedade melhores condições de acesso à informação e aos serviços governamentais. O estabelecimento do Governo Eletrônico no Brasil a partir de 2000 produziu novas estruturas informacionais. Apesar de vários avanços, exclusão digital e exclusão informacional ainda constituem desafios para as políticas públicas de informação como o E-gov.
Eletronic government, information management and information exclusion

Practical and policies of Electronic Government are developed in some countries in in the 90’s. Egov is a notion that still lacks of theoretical deepening, frequently identified as the strategy for which governments make use of new technologies for offer to the society best conditions of information access and governmental Services. The establishment of the Electronic Government in Brazil in 2000 produced new structures of information. Although some advances, digital exclusion and information exclusion constitute challenges for the information public policies as the E-gov.
