O modelo gerencialista é empregado na gestão pública como forma de imprimir maior eficiência aos serviços prestados. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar, sob a luz dos conceitos de governo aberto e justiça aberta, o modelo de gestão adotado pelo órgão central regulador do Poder Judiciário brasileiro.
The managerialist model is employed in public management as a means of enhancing the efficiency of the services rendered. The aim of this study is to analyze, within the framework of open government and open justice concepts, the management model adopted by the central regulatory body of the Brazilian Judiciary.
