Em 2014, foi lançado o Relatório Final da Comissão Nacional da Verdade (CNV), o qual investigou as violações cometidas pelo Estado brasileiro entre 1946 e 1988, especialmente nos anos ditatoriais. Uma ferramenta crucial foi o uso de depoimentos de ex-militantes e atingidos. Nesse aspecto, a voz feminina foi fundamental para elaborar questões como violência sexual e de gênero, militância feminina, maternidade e questões relacionada ao ser mulher naqueles anos. Aqui, pretendemos analisar a voz política das mulheres nos discursos sobre a ditadura, tendo como fonte os depoimentos presentes no relatório da CNV.
I was there too: the political voice of women in the National Truth Commission speeches on the Brazilian Military Dictatorship

In 2014, the final report of the National Truth Commission (CNV) was released, which investigate the violations committed by the Brazilian state between 1946 and 1988, especially the dictatorial years. A crucial tool was the use of statements from former militants and affected. In this respect, the female voice was fundamental in elaborating issues as sexual and gender-based violence, female militancy, motherhood and issues related to being a woman in those years. Here, we intend to analyse the political voice of women in discourses about the dictatorship, using the testimonies in the CNV’s report as a source.
