Este artigo discute a importância dos acervos privados na preservação das memórias e na produção de histórias sobre a presença das mulheres no futebol. Especialmente, analisamos duas iniciativas, ressaltando as potências e tensões no uso desses acervos
como principal fonte para reconstruir histórias sobre sua participação nesse esporte.
Women’s soccer in Brazil: the importance of private collections in the production of invisible stories
Abstract/Résumé/Resumen
This article discusses the importance of private collections in the preservation of memories and the production of stories about the presence of women in soccer. In particular, we analyzed two initiatives highlighting the powers and tensions in using these collections as the primary source to reconstruct stories about their participation in this sport.
